拉脱维亚里加 Zunda 公园空间发展愿景国际公开概念设计竞赛的目的是通过自由的创意比拼，为SIA“DG31”所属Daugavgrīvas iela 31区域未来发展愿景和新建建筑的意向征集高质量、优秀的建筑设计和经济合理的解决方案。
竞赛的任务是在参赛的概念设计提案中确定最佳方案，最佳方案需要符合竞赛简报中的要求，该方案将是第一阶段建议的空间发展愿景和建造新建筑物的想法，制定建筑设计的基础。

竞赛总奖金为：42,000欧元（约合人民币：345,685元），其中；
第一名：17,000欧元（约合人民币139,920元）；
第二名：12,000欧元（约合人民币98,767元）；
第三名：7,000欧元（约合人民币57,614元）；
鼓励奖（2组）：各3,000欧元（约合人民币24,692元）.
