Prizes up to 22.000 € will be awarded to the winners, selected by an international jury including German Fuenmayor (Piuarch),, Luca Mezzorana (Comune di Gorizia), Olivia Gori (ECÒL) and Anna Cabrera Hens (Barcelona City Council) , among others.

戈里齐亚位于意大利和斯洛文尼亚的交界处，不同的文化、语言和历史在此交融，驱动这座城市开启城市发展的新篇章。本次竞赛邀请参赛者重新思考该市最大的住宅区之一圣安娜区，并将其打造为当代生活的新典范。

At the meeting point between Italy and Slovenia, where cultures, languages and histories intertwine, the city of Gorizia is preparing for a new chapter in its urban evolution. The competition invites participants to rethink the Sant’Anna district - one of the largest residential areas in the town - as a new model of contemporary living.
Designers will be asked to elaborate a masterplan capable of redefining the district’s identity: reconnecting fragmented spaces, rethinking accessibility and enhancing the system of parks and open areas through sustainable and inclusive design strategies.

指南 / GUIDELINES
参与者需提交一份关于圣安娜区的全面愿景方案，提出一系列策略，旨在重塑公共空间，改善城市各区域之间的连接，并通过减少专用车道、增加人行道、自行车道和步行区来重组内部道路网络。
参赛方案应将慢行交通、绿色基础设施和社交空间整合到一个连贯的系统中，确保在整个区域内安全、便捷且持续的通行。绿地面积应通过新增植物、城市花园、遮荫空间以及连接主要公园与周边城市肌理的生态网络来提升。
参赛方案的目标并非确定单一的正式成果，而是提出一套能够使圣安娜区成为一个更便捷、更互联、更包容的社区的策略——一个将复兴转化为构建全新城市理念的契机的地方！
Participants will be required to present a comprehensive vision for the Sant’Anna district, proposing strategies to regenerate public spaces, improve connections between urban sectors, and reorganise the internal road network by reducing car-dedicated surfaces in favour of wider sidewalks, cycling paths and pedestrian areas.
The proposal should integrate slow mobility, green infrastructure and social spaces into a coherent system that ensures safe, accessible and continuous movement across the site. Green areas should be enhanced through new plantings, urban gardens, shaded spaces and an ecological network linking major parks with the surrounding urban fabric.
The objective is not to define a single formal outcome, but to propose a strategy capable of making Sant’Anna a more accessible, connected and inclusive neighbourhood – a place where regeneration becomes an opportunity to build a new idea of the city!
